We use your data to: deliver the services you request (project quotes, AI estimates), match clients with relevant providers, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with pros
When you post a project, the relevant trade and region details are shared with matching providers so they can decide whether to quote. Your direct contact details are only shared when a provider sends you a quote.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Transactional emails (quote notifications, account verification) are required for service operation.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are set by us.
Data retention
Project posts expire after 30 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
