1. The service

Handyman Provider is a directory and lead-distribution platform connecting homeowners with independent tradespeople. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work performed by providers listed on this platform.

2. AI estimates

The AI estimator generates approximate costs and material lists for informational purposes only. Actual prices, availability, taxes, and required quantities vary. Always confirm with your local supplier and a qualified professional before purchasing or starting work.

3. Provider obligations

Providers represent that they hold any licenses, insurance, and permits required by their jurisdiction. Providers are responsible for the quality of their own work and contracts with clients.

4. Client obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate project details and to communicate respectfully with quoting providers.

5. Payments & refunds

Subscription and credit purchases are billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of liability

Handyman Provider is provided as-is. We disclaim liability for any losses arising from work performed by providers or decisions based on AI estimates.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
